Here’s an outdoor photoshoot in Toronto I recently completed, with a vintage-y rollerskate theme near Yonge and Bloor streets. OUTDOOR shoots are what’s HOT, for headshots, fashion or fun.

Need a skilled photographer in Toronto who can capture you enjoying your favourite activity? Drop me a line today. You know you need new photos that represent the new you, so spring into action! I’ll help you get in touch with nature, and use natural sunlight to your advantage.

Toronto Photography… Bboy Style!

Toronto photographer for dancersToronto streets are alive! Grab your camera and look around.

A few photos of my boy in action, Bboy Stuntz. The photographs below were not posed, I timed the shots literally during footwork and captured him during mid headspin. When you see him, make sure to leave a big donation!

How My Favourite Photography Lenses Make YOU Look Incredible

favourite photography lensI’m a Canon user, but hardly ever use the standard kit lens that comes with the camera. Every photography professional knows kit lenses are just OK. And boring.

Instead, my personal two favourite lenses (for now) for photo shoots are:

  1. 50 mm prime lens from Canon, perfect for portraits because the shallowness really pulls focus on my subject, and
  2. 70 mm lens from Sigma, which captures a much sharper image than the prime, allows for me to be further away from my subject and still offers a good 4.0 aperture.

Knowing how to adjust your camera for different lighting conditions, environments and shutter speeds gives me more control over my photography. But investing in lenses can make a world of difference, makes your shots look incredible- and keeps shooting fun!

I have my eye on a couple more… stay tuned for more toys!
